• power and water installation check up as well as all external windows and doors

• property airating, watering flowers or plants

• safeguarding property keys deposited in our safe; keys deliverance (after your e-mail authorisation) in case of need for your friends or other suppliers

• monthly report to property owner (including photographs)

• scanning of counters, receiving post and bills, payment or forwarding bills (depending on agreement)

• smaller repairs performed by our handyman

• complete cleaning of property and windows two times a year (once before owner’s arrival)

• maintaining your croft, garden, flower garden, orchard or plants on your property

• warm water
